Going-to-the-Sun
Road is set to open in July 1st, 2007.
Crews must fix a 108 feet washed-out section about one half mile below
the East Side Tunnel. They will also be working on: Retaining
walls, arches, tunnels, Guard walls, guardrails, drainage, slope
stability, and pavement. Over 475,000 vehicles travel the road
between June and October annually.
